Events & Brand Experience Marketeer

Play a key role in how the international luxury design brand Basalte presents itself to the world. You coordinate a wide range of events, from showroom openings and customer events to networking events, international exhibitions and internal events, down to the smallest detail, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience at every touchpoint. You also support the wider marketing team with content and creative input.

You are responsible for:

• Coordinating the planning and execution of showroom openings, customer events, networking events, international exhibitions and internal events, from concept to on-site delivery.
• Ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand experience at every event, in line with Basalte's premium positioning.
• Collaborating with colleagues, stand builders, photographers, suppliers and other external partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
• Supporting the social media presence around events and exhibitions: planning content, publishing posts and engaging with the community.
• (Co-)designing creative visuals and marketing materials for events, exhibitions, brochures and presentations.
• Analyzing the impact of events and translating it into concrete insights and clear reporting.

• Passionate about design, architecture and premium brands. Experience within high-end residential, interior, design or another premium/luxury sector, preferably in an international B2B context, is a strong plus.
  
• Experienced in, or have a strong affinity for, event and project coordination.
• Combining organizational talent with a creative and digital mindset.
• Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently, while thriving within a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality in everything you do.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once, even under time pressure.
• Willing to travel occasionally for international exhibitions and events.

• A permanent, full-time position.
• No less than 32 leave days (based on full-time employment).
