Facility Coordinator
Your mission is to...
- You manage the infrastructure (water, gas, electricity & telecom) of our headquarters, as well as several other properties in the Ghent region.
- Together with international colleagues, you handle the administrative follow-up of our international showrooms.
- You coordinate and manage various facility services and activities, including maintenance and cleaning, reception and supply management.
- You follow up on existing insurance, rental and maintenance contracts for buildings and equipment. You are the point of contact for the relevant providers and contribute to the launch of new contracts—always aiming for the best possible conditions.
- You actively contribute to our well-being and prevention policies, and handle the follow-up of personal protective equipment, required training, mandatory inspections, etc.
- You provide support where needed in the organization of internal events, trade fairs, and international client visits.
- You work closely with your direct colleagues (office & finance team) and communicate with other teams across the company.
We expect you to ...
- Have at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or another administrative field. A basic prevention advisor training is a strong asset.
- Be a hands-on administrative multitasker who knows how to set the right priorities.
- Possess strong organizational skills and are great at following up on deadlines.
- Be assertive and comfortable with telephone contact.
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy finding practical solutions.
- Be fluent in Dutch and English. French is definitely a big plus.
