Inside Sales

• Be the first-line contact for commercial requests through the website, by phone or at trade shows.
• Use your language skills (Dutch, English, French and/or German) to help our customers to the best of your ability.
• Ensure the follow-up of international leads, which you document assiduously in our CRM-system.
• Establish correct and smooth communication between the customer and the sales representative.
• Help our sales representatives where necessary to answer basic technical and commercial questions for our customers.
• Cultivate close contacts both with your customers and your colleagues in the sales team.
  

• Have a flair for languages that enables you to communicate effortlessly in Dutch, English, French and/or German.
• Know how to work with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 
• Have a healthy dose of motivation and ambition.
• Handle deadlines and work efficiently.
• Adapt a dynamic, proactive approuch.
