Supply Chain Officer

• Review and process daily new customer orders, determine any additional manufacturing required, and calculate expected delivery dates based on parts availability and production schedules.
• Create and continuously update the global production plan in consultation with the Production Manager.
• Order required raw materials, components, and processing services via the ERP system from internal and external suppliers—based on precise forecasting.
• Record goods deliveries and coordinate quality inspections (incoming controls). Manage returns or repairs for out-of-spec items, and communicate those with suppliers.
• Perform order picking—manually prepare finished goods per customer order, ensuring promised delivery times are met, by taking appropriate measures (e.g. adjusting production schedules) in collaboration with colleagues.
• Regularly count and audit inventories of parts and finished products.
• Handle receipt and dispatch of goods for repair (RMA process), working closely with the technical support team.
• Apply analytical thinking to continuously improve processes—optimizing efficiency and scalability across the organization.

Your mission is to contribute to building Basalte into a strong international design brand for smart homes by supporting order processing, planning, procurement, supplier management, quality control, and inventory management.
