Supply Chain Planner

We expect you to… 

• monitor inventory management and ensure timely delivery of raw materials through forecasts that you make with maximum precision.
• analyse incoming sales orders and make the correct assessment so that delivery times can be respected for the customers.
• place orders via the ERP system. For this you communicate proactively with both suppliers and your colleagues in production.
• correctly handle the administrative side of the purchase process. Stock monitoring, purchase orders, goods receipt and purchase invoices are part of your everyday tasks.
• maintain contact with suppliers in a professional manner.
• unleash your analytical mind on the current processes in order to make them even more efficient.
• maintain a constructive working relationship with your colleagues in production and other departments.

• your planning skills and hands-on mentality provide optimal support for the (production) processes.
• you adopt a meticulous and result-oriented work method with an eye for detail.
• you are fluent with MS Office 365 and have experience with one or several ERP systems.
• you can respond to changing circumstances.
• you have good communication skills and are not afraid to negotiate with suppliers.
• you are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• you hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a logistics or administrative field (commercial engineering, commercial sciences, logistics management, ...) or have a number of years of experience under your belt.
