Residence DV, situated close to Bruges in the western part of Belgium, is a masterclass in light, space and refined elegance. KLOU Architecten have masterfully transformed a north-facing plot into a luminous estate where natural light flows effortlessly. 

A glass patio and fully glazed rear façade define this refined villa, inviting light and openness throughout. The dining area, framed by a sleek glass staircase partition, features a sculptural table beneath golden pendant lights, enhancing the airy ambiance. 

Minimalist sliding glass doors in the living room erase boundaries between indoors and out, while a see-through fireplace within a floating dark oak cabinet adds warmth.  An automated panel discreetly conceals the television, preserving the home's sleek aesthetic. The kitchen, a balance of luxury and function, pairs dark wood veneer with grey marble. A refined selection of understated materials creates a serene palette, allowing the architecture to take centre stage.

Subtly blending into a minimalist interior, the elegant Sentido switches add a refined touch of high-tech sophistication. The architect opted for a flush installation, allowing the brushed black finish to blend harmoniously with the rich dark oak. In contrast, Sentido in the satin white finish stands out with effortless elegance against the sleek white wall. With our flagship touch display Lena, Basalte Home comes to life at your fingertips, offering effortless control over lighting and music with unparalleled elegance and precision.

Outdoors, a magnificent infinity pool is strategically positioned perpendicular to the residence, capturing the perfect sunlight for an indulgent retreat, complemented by a matching pool house with a marble bar and a covered lounge for refined relaxation.

With this design, KLOU Architecten crafted a stunning residence that is both sophisticated and deeply functional. By seamlessly integrating the elegant Sentido design switch and the Lena touch display, the homeowners indulge in pure comfort, effortlessly controlling their lighting and music with refined elegance.
