Designed to reflect the lifestyle of its owners, it is a place where elegance meets ease, and where every detail has been carefully considered to create a true retreat.
Award-winning Dutch interior architect Mirthe Janus brought the owners’ vision to life, crafting a home where luxury and individuality exist in perfect harmony. The result is an atmosphere reminiscent of a boutique hotel: lush green accents draw the surrounding Brabant nature indoors, while expansive windows frame the water as a serene reminder of the owners’ love for life by the shore.
The entrance sets the tone straight away. Soft textures and natural materials guide you inside: dark wood, travertine, leather and steel in perfect balance. The floor’s delicate, scale-like pattern shimmers with a subtle metallic sheen, catching the sunlight and reflecting it in ever-changing ways. Just like ripples of light dancing across water.
what happens when design and technology flow together?
Layered natural materials, bold architectural lines and bespoke craftsmanship elevate the living spaces. The dining table flows effortlessly into a cosy fireside lounge, the kitchen is striking yet inviting, and the bathroom feels like a private sanctuary. Soft light, veins of marble and timeless finishes make every moment serene and restorative.
