Internal Sales

Your mission is to...

Be the first-line contact for commercial requests through the website, by phone or at trade shows.
Use your language skills (Dutch, English, French and/or German) to help our customers to the best of your ability.
Ensure the follow-up of international leads, which you document assiduously in our CRM-system.
Establish correct and smooth communication between the customer and the sales representative.
Help our sales representatives where necessary to answer basic technical and commercial questions for our customers.
Cultivate close contacts both with your customers and your colleagues in the sales team.

Have a flair for languages that enables you to communicate effortlessly in Dutch, English, French and/or German.
Know how to work with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Have a healthy dose of motivation and ambition.
Handle deadlines and work efficiently.
Adapt a dynamic, proactive approuch.
