Presenting a distinctive project where living and working harmonise within an elegant structure. Crafted by Max8 Architecten, this building seamlessly blends with its industrial environment while inviting abundant daylight, ensuring an optimal environment for both living and working.
Inspired by the plot's triangular shape, the building's design captures the client's vision for a unique structure. Its metal construction, featuring steel louvers for daylight management, pays homage to the client's welding business, rendering the building a remarkable masterpiece.
Inside, the open layout evokes a luxurious loft ambiance, with spaces flowing seamlessly. The owner opted for Sentido keypads to intuitively control lighting, shades, and music, effortlessly setting the desired atmosphere with a simple touch. The bronze finish complements the warm interior decor, seamlessly integrating with the wooden and steel elements.
